What is Apple Music Festival?
Only the best music festival in the world. At least we think it is. Apple Music Festival brings incredible artists to London’s Roundhouse for free performances that are broadcast to every corner of the globe. This year, the festival will run for ten nights, starting September 18. If you live in the UK, you can win tickets. Apple Music members can experience the festival in stunning HD on their iOS device, Apple TV, or computer.

How do I watch the performances?
There are several ways to watch Apple Music Festival:
• On Apple Music using your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or computer.
• On your big screen with Apple TV (select Music from the main menu).
• An Android phone with Android version 4.3 or later compatible with our SU1.1.2.
What software version is required to watch the performances?
To watch performances, you must be using iTunes 12.4 or later, iOS 9.2 or later, or Apple TV (fourth generation) with software version 9.2.2 or later. You must also turn on Show Apple Music from Preferences in iTunes on your computer or in the Music section of Settings on iOS. You can watch on your Android phone with Android version 4.3 or later compatible with our SU1.1.2.

Where does Apple Music Festival take place?
The Roundhouse, Chalk Farm Rd, London NW1 8EH.
What do I need to bring to get into the venue?
Ticket holders need a valid photo ID (like a driving license or passport).
What does my guest have to bring?
Your guest needs to bring a valid photo ID so that we can register their attendance. They will also need to give their name at the venue.
What time does the Roundhouse open?
Doors open around 6 p.m.
What is the latest I can arrive?
Anyone arriving later than 8 p.m. will not be guaranteed entry.
Can my guest arrive later than I do?
No. The guest must arrive with the ticket holder and can’t get in if the winner isn’t present.
What time do the artists perform?
Performance times are approximate. Standard stage time is 9 p.m.. Unfortunately, we can't confirm the precise beginning and ending times of the performances.
How old do I have to be to attend?
You must be at least 16 or accompanied by an adult.
Can I transfer or sell my ticket, or buy someone else's ticket?
No. Ticket draws are final—and tickets can’t be sold, traded, transferred, or offered for sale under any circumstances. Tickets also can’t be used as a prize or for any other promotional purpose by anyone except the organizers. Ticket holders need to have valid photo ID (like an EU photocard driving license, passport, or ID card bearing the PASS hologram). Those trying to use resold, transferred, or cancelled tickets will be refused entry. We work closely with major ticketing agencies and reseller websites to prevent people from selling and buying tickets.
What kind of assistance is provided for fans with disabilities? What about special access for people who are pregnant?
For accessibility concerns, notify the Roundhouse at access@roundhouse.org.uk. We have limited space, so all requests must be made in advance.
Can I bring a camera or film the show?
You may take pictures for personal use but professional equipment isn’t allowed. You can’t make audio or audio-visual recordings of the performances.
Is there anything that I shouldn't bring?
Security searches will be carried out on all attendees as a condition of entry. Security is posted at the entrances of the venue—including detection animals and their handlers—to screen for items that might jeopardize the safety or comfort of our guests. Any item that's considered to be dangerous or hazardous won't be allowed in the venue. Prohibited items include:
• Large bags and suitcases (nothing bigger than a small rucksack).
• Food and drink (including alcohol).
• Flares and fireworks.
• Illegal drugs or psychoactive substances.
Can I get rowdy, tear the place up, and pick fights?
We want you to have a good time, but The Roundhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to—or eject—any person that the staff deems dangerous or inappropriate. For your safety and security, licensed security staff and CCTV operate both inside and outside of the venue.
I’ve entered to win tickets. What happens next?
Once you apply for tickets, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll be notified whether or not you've won tickets up to four days before each gig, when the prize draw closes. If you win, you'll need to confirm your tickets within 72 hours after we send the confirmation email.
I have a developer seed of Apple Music and am having issues with ticketing. What's up with that?
Sorry, ticketing is not supported on beta or seed builds of Apple Music.
Will the performances be recorded?
Yes. By attending this event, you are agreeing that film and audio recordings of the performances, including your voice and likeness, may be used for commercial purposes on a worldwide, royalty-free basis.
What happens if a show is canceled?
If a show is canceled, we will let you know as soon as we can. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule the show or offer tickets to an alternative night.

Is there parking at the Roundhouse?
No, and parking near the Roundhouse is not fun. The venue is a short walk from the Chalk Farm stop on the Northern Line. For public transport information, go to http://tfl.gov.uk. Cost of transportation and accommodation (if necessary) is your own responsibility.
